A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, PERTAINING TO FUNDING FOR THE
HAVEN AVENUE MEDIAN CONSTRUCTION
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga at its
regular meeting of July 15, 1987 approved the advertisement for receiving
Construction Bids for Haven Avenue Medians from Arrow Route to 19th Street.
WHEREAS, the City has collected from Haven fronting properties, fees
in lieu of construction, bonds for participation in construction and/or lien
agreements to participate in the construction of Haven Avenue Medians.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council for the City of
Rancho Cucamonga that:
1. All fees collected in-lieu of construction for Haven Avenue
Medians be deposited in a construction account or fund to be used
for the pending Haven Avenue Median Construction.
2. All bonds received from developers guaranteeing participation in
the construction of Haven Avenue Medians be called in or
otherwise converted to a liquid asset and deposited in a
construction account or fund to be used for the pending Haven
Avenue Median Construction.
3. All lien agreements pertaining to the construction of Haven
Avenue Medians be'amended to make payment to a construction
account or fund to be used for the pending Haven Avenue Median
Construction or to reimburse the City for the construction
thereof.
4. All remaining undeveloped properties fronting onto Haven Avenue
shall be required by Condition of Development to reimburse the
City for the cost for their proportionate frontage of the Haven
Avenue Median Construction.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 5th day of August, 1987.
