A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AND EXECUTING THE
COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF RANCHO
~UCAMONGA AND THE CITY OF ONTARIO FOR THE CONSTRUCTION
AND MAINTENANCE OF ROADWAY IMPROVEMENTS, RAILROAD
CROSSING IMPROVEMENTS AND TRAFFIC SIGNAL AT GROVE AVENUE
AND EIGHTH STREET AND THE ATCHISON, TOPEKA AND SANTA FE
RAILWAY CROSSING
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga (hereinafter
referred to as "City"), has for its consideration and execution the Cooperative
Agreement to be executed by the City of Ontario {hereinafter referred to as
"Ontario"} for the construction and maintenance of roadway improvements,
railroad crossing improvements and traffic signal at Grove Avenue and Eighth
Street and the Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fe Railway Crossing; and
WHEREAS, Ontario and the City are in mutual accord with the conditions
specified in the attached Cooperative Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California, that said Cooperative Agreement be hereby
approved and accepted, and authorize the Mayor to execute the same, and direct
the City Clerk to attach a certified copy of this Resolution to the duplicate
original copies of said Agreement and mail said copies to Ontario for their
execution.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 5th day of August, 1987.

approved, and adopted by the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 5th day of
August, 1987.
