A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, RELEASING AN AGREEMENT FOR
POSTPONEMENT OF APPROVAL OF CC&R'S FOR TRACT 13060
WHEREAS, to meet the requirements, as a prerequisite to approval of
building permits for Tract 13060, the subdivider of said tract, The William
Lyon Company, entered into an Agreement for Postponement. of CC&R's.
WHEREAS, said requirements have been met by the recordation of CC&R's,
on June 11, 1987, as Document No. 87-197'180 Official Records of San Bernardino
County, California. The current developer, Rhoades/San Juan has submitted a
Revocation, Release, Satisfaction and Cancellation of Agreement for approval
and execution by said City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City. of
Rancho Cucamonga, California, as follows:
1. That said agreement be and the same are approved and
the Mayor is authorized to execute same on behalf of
said City and the City Clerk is authorized to attest
thereto and cause same to be recorded upon said
execution.
