A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL MAP NUMBER 10771,
(TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 10771), IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT,
AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITY
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map No. 10771, submitted by Grigsby
Development, Incorporated, and consisting of 2 parcels, located on the south
side of Wilson Avenue, east of Chaffey College, being a division of a portion
of the northeast quarter of Section 25, Township 1 north, Range 7 west, San
Bernardino Base and Meridian, according to the official plat thereof, was
approved by the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga on July 8,
1987; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map No. 10771 is the final map of the division of land
approved as shown on said Tentative Parcel Map; and
WHEREAS, to meet the requirements established as prerequisite to
approval of the final map by the City Council of said City have now been met by
entry into an Improvement Agreement guaranteed by acceptable Improvement
Security by Grigsby Development, Incorporated, as developer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California, that said Improvement Agreement and said
Improvement Security submitted by said developer be and the same are hereby
approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement
on behalf of the City of Rancho'Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest; and
that said Parcel Map No. 10771 be and the same is hereby approved and the City
Engineer is authorized to present same to the County Recorder.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 5th day of August, 1987.
