A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF I~I'JE'.-'~;CiT'TY OF-., RANClIO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
FOR THE SPRUCE AVENUE PARK PROJECT AND AUTHORIZING THE
FILING OF A NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR TlIE .~WORK '.,
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for the Spruce Avenue
Park Project have been completed to the satisfaction of the Director of
Community Services; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the work is hereby accepted and
the Director of Community Services is authorized to sign and file a Notice of
Completion with the County Recorder of San Bernardino County.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED the 5th day of August, 1987
