A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCliO
CUCAMDNGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A DRAINAGE ACCEPTANCE
AGREEMENT AND AN IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT AND IMPROVEMENT
SECURITY FOR DEVELOPMENT REVIEW NO. 87-09
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California,
has for its consideration A Drainage Acceptance Agreement and an Improvement
A~reement executed on October 21, 1987, by Scholosser Forge, as developer, for
the improvement of public right-of-way adjacent to the real property
specifically described therein, and generally located on the southwest corner
of Rochester Avenue and Arrow Route: and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said real property as referred to Planning
Commission, Development Review No. 87-09~ and
WHEREAS, said Improvement A~reement is secured and accompanied by good
and sufficient Improvement Security. which is identified ii said Improvement
A~reement, and
WHEREAS. said drainage agreement accepts water draining from Arrow
Route.
NC~, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California, that said Improvement Agreement and said
Improvement Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign said Improvement A~reement on behalf of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto , and the Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign said drainage agreement on behalf of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to cause said drainage agreement to
record.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOFrED this 16th day of December, 1987.
