A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANC~O
CUCAM3N~A, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A REAL PROPERTY
IMPROVEMENT CONTRACT AND LIEN ~REEMENT PROM FHILLIP D.,
ELAINE M.. JEFFREY P. AND JACQUELINE L. SC~LOSSER AND
ALBERT W. AND ROBERTA J. HOLQUIN AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO SIGN THE SAME
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga adopted
Ordinance No. 58 on February 21, 1979, to establish requirements for
construction of public improvements in conjunction with building permit
issuance= and
WHEREAS. undergrounding of existing overhead utilities established as
prerequisite to issuance of a building permit for DR 87-09 has been met by
entry into a Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement by Phillip
D., Elaine M., Jeffrey P. and Jacqueline L. Schlosser and Albert W. and Roberta
J. Holquin.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California does accept said Real Property Improvement
Contract and Lien A~reement, authorizes the Mayor and the City Clerk to sign
same, and directs the City Clerk to record same in the Office of the County
Recorder of San Bernardino County, California.
PASSED, APPROVED, and AEOPTED this 16th day of December, 1987.
