A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCliO
6~CAMDNGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING AN AGREEMENT FOR
INSTALLATION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT AND DEDICATION PROM
JULIA M. PRIEGO, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK
TO SIGN SAME
WHEREAS, the City Clerk of the City of Rancho Cucamonga to establish
requireaents for construction of frontage improvements in conjunction with the
Arrow Route Phase I Street Improvement Proj act; and
WHEREAS, installation of curb, gutter, drive approach, sidewalk,
street lights and street pavements located at 9824 Arrow Route, to be made part
of the Arrow Route Phase I Street Improvement Proj act; and
WHEREAS, Julia M. Priego has agreed to dedicate Right-of-Way as
reimbursement to the City for said improvements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucemonga, California, does accept said Improvement A~reement,
authorizes the Mayor and the City Clerk to sign same, and directs the City
Clerk to record same in the Office of the County Recorder of San Bernardino
County, California.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 16th day of December, 1987.
