A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCliO
CUCAMDNGA, ACCEPTING A REAL PROPERTY IMPROVEMENT CONTRACT
AND LIEN AGREEMENT PROM BRAD R. HASTINGS AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO SIGN THE SAME
WEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga adopted
Ordinance No. 58 on February 21, 1979, to establish requirements for
construction of public improvements in conJunction with building permit
is suance; and
WHEREAS, installation of curb, gutter, sidewalk and pavement
established as prerequisite to issuance of building permit for 5530 Crooked
Creek Drive has been met by entry into a Real Property Improvement Contract
and Lien Agreement by Brad R. Hastings.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California does accept said Real Property Improvement
Contract and Lien Agreement, authorizes the Mayor and the City Clerk to sign
same, and directs the City Clerk to record same in the Office of the County
Recorder of San Bernardino County, California.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 16th day of December, 1987.
