A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCliO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVEMENT A~REENENT
AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITY FOR HAVEN AVENUE, BETWEEN CHURCH
STREET AND BASE LINE ROAD
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California,
has for its consideration an Improvement A~reement executed on November 18,
1987, by Lewis Homes of California. a General Partnership as developer, for the
improvement of public right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically
described therein, and generally located on the east side of Haven Avenue,
between Church Street and Base Line Road; and
WHEREAS. the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done prior to
the development of said real property; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement AEreement is secured and accompanied by good
and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in said Improvement
Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California, that said Improvement A~reement and said
Improvement Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement on behalf of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 16th day of December, 1987.
