A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCANONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
FOR DR 85-10 AND AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF A NOTICE OF
COMPLETION FOR THE WORK
WREREAS, the construction of public improvements for DR 85-10 have
been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS. a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NO~, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the work is hereby accepted and
the City Engineer is authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with
the County Recorder of San Bernard/no County.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 16th day of December, 1987.
