A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANC~O
CUCAM3N~A, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE AGREemENTS WITH THE
WILLIAM LYON COMPANY FOR POSTPONEMENT OF APPROVAL OF
COVENANTS, CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS FOR TRACTS 13440
13441. 13442 AND 13445 '
WHEREAS, the Tentative Maps of Tracts 13440, 13441, 13442 and 13445.
submitted by The Willism Lyon Company. Subdivider, located in the Victoria
Planned Community were conditionally approved to prepare Covenants, Conditions
and Restrictions (CC & R's) in compliance with standards established by the
City; and
WHEREAS, to meet the requirements as a prerequisite to approval of
building permits for the proposed development, said subdivider has entered into
the agreements submitted herewith for approval and execution by said City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga. California, as follows:
1. That said agreements be and the same are approved and
the Mayor is authorized to execute same on behalf of
said City and the City Clerk is authorized to attest
thereto and cause same to be recorded upon said
execution.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 16th day of December, 1987.
