A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCliO
CUCANONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE ENVIRONMENTAL INITIAL
STUDY AND ISSUANCE OF A CATEGORICAL EXEMPTION FOR THE
PROPOSED SLURRY SEAL PROGRAM, 1987-33 (PHASE I) FOR
VARIOUS CITY STREETS
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has reviewed
all available input concerning the proposed Slurry Sea Programl, 1987-88
(Phase I) J and
WHEREAS, said program requires an Environmental Assessment; and
WHEREAS, an Environmental Assessment Study has been prepared pursuant
to the California environmental Quality Act, as amended,
NO~, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga does hereby resolve as follows:
SECTION 1: The City Council of Rancho Cucamonga hereby approves the
Environmental Assessment Initial Study and issuance of a Categorical Exemption
for the proposed Slurry Seal Program, 1987-88 (Phase I).
SECTION 2: The City Clerk is directed to file a Notice of Exemption
pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act.
PASSED, APPROVED. and ADOPTED this 16th day of December, 1987.
