A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCliO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL MAP NUMBER 10617
(TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 10617)
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map Number 10617, submitted by BCE
Development and consistinE of 10 parcels, located on the south side of Foothill
Boulevard, between Spruce and Elm Avenues, beins a division of Parcel 9 of
Parcel Map No. 6725, as per map filed in Book 67, paSes 4 thru 7 inclusive, in
the office of the recorder of the County of San Bernardino, State of California
was approved by the PlanninE Commission of the City of Rancho CucamonSa.· and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map Number 10617 is the final map of the division of
land approved as shown on said Tentative Parcel Map= and
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite to
approval of the final map by the City Council of said City have now been met.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California, that said Parcel Map Number 10617 be and the same
is hereby approved and the City Engineer is authorized to present same to the
County Recorder to be filed for record.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 16th day of December, 1987.
