A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCliO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL MAP NUMBER 10902
(TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 10902)
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map Number 10902, submitted by The William
Lyon Company and consisting of 2 parcels, located on the northerly side of
Falrmont Way and the westerly terminus of Victoria Park Lane was approved by
the PlanninE Commission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map Number 10902 is the final map of the division of
land approved as shown on said Tentative Parcel Map: and
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite to
approval of the final map by the City Council of said City have now been met.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California, that said Parcel Map Number 10902 be and the same
is hereby approved and the City Engineer is authorized to present same to the
County Recorder to be filed for record.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOFrED this 2nd day of December, 1987.
