A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCH0
CUCAMDNGA, CALIFORNIA, RELEASING A PORTION OF A REAL
PROPERTY IMPROVEMENT CONTRACT AND LIEN AGREEMENT FROM
ARROW RANCliO CUCAMONGA LIMITED, A CALIFORNIA LIMITED
PARTNERSHIP
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga adopted
Resolution No. 87-332 accepting a Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien
Agreement from Arrow Rancho Cucamonga Limited, a California Limited
Partnership; and
WHEREAS, said Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement
was recorded in Official Records of San Bernardino County, California, on
August 4, 1987, as Document No. 87-270110; and
WHEREAS, Lots 4 and 5 of Parcel Map 10543 have fulfilled their
obligations by payment of prorata fee for future undergrounding of overhead
utilities as stipulated in said Agreement.
NOW, THEREPORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga does hereby release that portion of said Real Property
Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement covering Lot 4 and Lot 5 of Parcel Map
10543 and that the City Clerk shall cause Release of Lien to be recorded in the
office of the County Recorder of San Bernardino County, California.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 2nd day of December, 1987.
