A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCliO
CUCAI~3NGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
FOR DR 86-26 AND AUTHOR/ZING THE FILING OF A NOTICE OF
COMPLETION FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for DR 86-26 have
been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed. certifying
the work complete.
N0~. THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED that the work is hereby accepted and
the tit7 Engineer is authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion w?i the
County Recorder of San Bernardino County.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 18th day of November. 1987.
