A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANC~O
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING AN ~REEMENT FOR
INSTALLATION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT AND DEDICATION FROM
DONALD P. GRABER AND JANICE Y. GRABER, AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO SIGN SAME
~RERF~S. the City Clerk of the City of Rancho Cucamonga to establish
requirenents for construction of frontage improvements in conjunction with the
Arrow Route Phase I Street Improvement Project: and
~THEEEAS, installation of curb, gutter, drive approach, sidewalk,
street lights and street pavements located at 9786 Arrow Route, to be made part
of the Arrow Route Phase I Street Improvement Project~ and
~F~REAS, Donald P. Graber and Janice Y. Graber, have agreed to
dedicate R/ght-of-~ay as reimbursement to the City for said improvements.
NO~. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Clerk of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California does accept said Improvement A~reement, authorizes
the Mayor and the City Clerk to siSn same, and directs the City Clerk to record
same in the Office of the County Recorder of San Bernardino County, California.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 18th day of November, 1987.
