A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCliO
CUCA~ONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
FOR DR 85-40 AND AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF A NOTICE OF
COMPLETION FOR THE WORK
~HEREAS, the construction of public improvements for DR 85-40 have
been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
~/KEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NO~, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the work is hereby accepted and
the City Engineer is authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with
the County Recorder of San Bernardino County.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 4th day of November, 1987.
