A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCliO
CUCAHONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
FOR TRACT 12091 AND AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF A NOTICE OF
COMPLETION FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for Tract 12091 have
been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer~ and
~HEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NO~, THEREFORE, BB IT RESOLVED, that the work is hereby accepted and
the City Engineer is authorized to siSn and file a Notice of Completion with
the County Recorder of San Bernardlno County.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 4th day of November, 1987.
