A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANC~O
CUCAM0~3A, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING AN A~REEMENT FOR
INSTALLATION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT AND DEDICATION FROM
HERMAN REKFEL AND HELEN M. REMPEL AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO SIGN SAME
~EREAS, the City Clerk of the City of Rancho Cucamonga to establish
requirements for construction of frontage improvements in conjunction with the
Base Line Road Widening. and Street Improvement Project; and
~HERF~S, installation of curb, ~utter, drive approach, sidewalk,
street lights and street pavements located at 9505 Base Line Road, to be made
part of the Base Line Road Widening and Street Improvement Project; and
~HEREAS, Herman Rempel and Helen M. Rempel have agreed to dedicate
right-of-way as reimbursement to the City for said improvements.
NO~, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucemonga, California, does accept said Improvement A~ree~ent,
authorizes the Mayor and the City Clerk to sign same, and directs the City
Clerk to record same in the Office of the County Recorder of San Bernardino
Country, CAlifornia.
PASSED, APFROVED, and ADOPTED this 4th day of November, 1987.
