A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCliO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT AND
IMPROVEMENT SECURITY FOR DEVELOPMENT REVIE~ NO. 86-42
WHEREAS, the Ct~7 Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California.
has for its consideration an Improvement A~reement executed on September 16,
1987, by David Leff as developer, for the improvement of public right-of-way
adjacent to the real proper~7 specifically described therein, and generally
located on the norEh side of Arrow Route, between White Oak Avenue and Maple
Place; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement A~reement and subject to the terns thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said red proper~y as referred to Planning
Commission, Development Review No. 86-42; and
~HEREAS, said Improvement A~reement is secured and accompanied by good
and sufficient Improvement SacuriC, which is identified in said Improvement
A~reement.
N0~, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucsmonga, California, that said Improvement A~reement and said
Improvement Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign said Improvement A~reement on behalf of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 4th day of November, 1987.
