A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCliO
CUCA~0NGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH THE
WILLIAM LYON COMPANY FOR POSTPONEMENT OF APPROVAL OF
COVENANTS, CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS FOR TRACTS NO.
13279 AND 13443
WHEREAS, =he Tentative Map of Tract No. 13279 consisting of thirteen
(13) lots and Tract No. 13443 consisting of 144 lots, submitted by The William
Lyon Company, Subdivider, located in the Victoria Planned Community was
conditionally approved to prepare Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC &
R~s) in compliance with standards established by the Cit~; and
WH~.REAS, to meet the requirenents as a prerequisite to approval of
building permits for the proposed development, said subdivider has entered into
an agreement submitted herewith for approval and execution by said City.
NO~, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California, as follows:
1. That said agreement be and the same is approved and
the Mayor is authorized to execute same on behalf of
said City and the City Clerk is authorized to attest
thereto and cause same to be recorded upon said
execution.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 4th day of November, 1987.
