A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAN(~O
CUCAMON~A, CALIFORNIA ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
FOR THE VICTORIA GROVES PARK PROJECT AND AUTHORIZING THE
FILING OF A NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS. the construction of public improvements for the Victoria
Groves Park Project have been completed to the satisfaction of the Director of
Community Services; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is requ/red to be fLled certifying the
work compl ere.
N(X4, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the work is hereby accepted and
the Director of Community Services is authorized to sign and file a Notice of
Completion with the County Recorder of San Bernardino County.
PASSED. APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 21st day of October, 1987.
