A RE~OLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OE RANC~O
OJCAMDN~A, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE ENVIRONMENTAL
ASSESSMENT INITIAL STUDY AND ISSUANC~ OF A N~GATIVE
DECLARATION FOR THE PROPOSED ARROW ROUTE, PHASE I
IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has reviewed
all available input concerning the proposed Arrow Route, Phase I Improvements;
and
WHEREAS, said improvements require an Environmental Assessment; and
WHEREAS, an Enviromnental Assessment Initial Study has been prepared
pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act, as amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga does hereby resolve as follows:
SECTION 1: The City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga hereby
approves the Environmental Assessment Initial Study and issuance of a Negative
Declaration for the proposed Arrow Route, Phase I Improvement Project.
SECTION 2: The City Clerk is directed to file a Notice of
Determination pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 21st day of October, 1987.
