A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANC~O
COCAMON~A, CALIFORNIA, ACfEPTIN~ THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
FOR DR 86-08 AND AUTHORIZIN~ THE FILIN~ OF A NOTICE OF
COMPLETION FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for DR 86-08 have
been completed to the satisfaction of the City EnSineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certify ins
the work complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the work is hereby accepted and
the City EnSineer is authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with
the County Recorder of San Bernardino County.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 21st day of October, 1987.
