A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAN(~0
G3CA~NGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPR0VEMNT~
FOR ARROW ROUTE AND NINTH STREET IMPROVEMENTS AND
AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF A NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE
WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for Arrow Route and
Ninth Street Improvements have been completed to the satisfaction of the City
Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NC~, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the work is hereby accepted and
the City Engineer is authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with
the County Recorder of San Bernardino County.
PASSED, APFROVED, and ADOPTED this 21st day Of October, 1987.
