A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANC~O
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT
EXTENSION AND IMFROVEMENT SECURITY FOR TRACT 12944
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, has for its
consideration an Improvement A~reement Extension executed on October 21, 1987,
by Marlborough Development as developer, for the improvement of public
right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and
generally located on Highland Avenue east of Milliken Avenue, and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement A~ree~ent and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done
conjunction with the development of said Tract 12944= and
WHEREAS, said Improvement A~reement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in
said Improvement A~reement Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, that said Improvement Agreement Extension and said
Improvement Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor
hereby authorized to sign said Improvement A~reement Extension on behalf of the
City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City C~erk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 21st day of October, 1987.
