A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCMO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVEMENT ~GREEMENT
EXTENSION AND IMPROVEMENT SEG3RITY FOR PARCEL MAP 7902
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, has for its
consideration an Improvement Agreement Extension executed on October 21, 1987,
by Arlo W. Blair as developer, for the improvement of public right-of-way
adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and generally
located on the east side of Mayberry Avenue south of Wilson Avenue] and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subj act to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Parcel Map'79021 and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in
said Improvement Extension Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucsmonga, California, that said Improvement Agreement Extension and
said Improvement Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement Extension on behalf of the
City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 21st day of October, 1987.
