A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OE RAN(~O
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVEMENT ~REEMENT
AND IMPROVEMENT SEUJRITY FOR DEVELOPMENT REVIEW NO. 86-36
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California,
has for its consideration an Improvement Agreement executed on August 14, 1987,
by General Dynamics Systems Division as developer, for the improvement of
public right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically described
therein, and generally located on the south side of Sixth Street, between Utica
and Cleveland Avenues; and
WHERF~, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said real property as referred to Planning
Commission, Development Review No. 86-36; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement is secured and accompanied by good
and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in said Improvement
Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Gity of
Rancho Cucamonga, California, that said Improvement Agreement and said
Improvement Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement on behalf of the City of
Rancho Oucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 21st day of October, 1987.
