A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL MAP NO. 12357,
(TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 12357)
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map No. 12357, submitted by Southland
Development Corporation, Subdivider, and consisting of 2 parcels, located at
the southwest corner of Highland Avenue and Jasper Street, was approved by the
Planning Commission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga on October, 11, 1989; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map No. 12357, is the Final Map of the division of
land approved as shown on said Tentative Parcel Map; and
WHEREAS, to meet the requirements established as prerequisite to
approval of the Final Map, said subdivider submits for approval said Final Map
offering for dedication for public use the streets delineated thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, does hereby resolve as follows:
1. That the offers for dedication and the Final Map
delineating same be approved and the City Clerk is
authorized to execute the certificate thereon behalf
of said City; and
2. That said Parcel Map No. 12357, be and the same is
hereby approved and the City Engineer is authorized
to present same to the County Recorder to be filed
for record.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 21st day of February, 1990.

California, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly passed,
approved, and adopted by the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 21st day of
February, 1990.
