A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT,
IMPROVEMENT SECURITY FOR 13181 VICTORIA STREET
WHEREAS, the the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, has for its consideration an Improvement Agreement executed on
February 7, 1990, by James Banks, Jr. as Developer, for the improvement of
public rigt-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically described
therein, and generally located at 13181 Victoria Street; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said real property; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement is secured and accompanied by
good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in said
Improvement Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE that said Improvement Agreement and said Improvement Security
be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign
said Improvement Agreement on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the
City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 7th day of February, 1990.
