A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING CERTAIN FEES AS
DEFINED IN ORDINANCE NO. 410, CHAPTER 5.16 PERTAINING TO
THE FILMING PERMIT PROCESS
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga did amend
the Rancho Cucamonga Municipal Code Ordinance No. 410 by adding Chapter 5.16
Film Permits; and
WHEREAS, Municipal Ordinance No. 410, Chapter 5.16 Film Permits,
Section 5.16.060 Fees requires certain types of fees to be applied; and
WHEREAS, current rates for said fees have been established.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that the following fees are established pertaining to Film
Permits for the City of Rancho Cucamonga:
Business License Tax: $ 20.00
Application Fee: 99.50
Investigation Fee: 110.00 per filming day
Fire Department: 100.00 per hour*
*per hour for each three-man piece of equipment
Police Department:**
Reserve Deputy $ 26.51 per hour
Deputy Sheriff I 41.64 per hour
Deputy Sheriff II 45.78 per hour
Senior Deputy/Detective 50.51 per hour
Sergeant 57.24 per hour
Lieutenant 44.05 per hour
Captain 48.53 per hour
Vehicle Cost 85.00 per hour
**Number and type of personnel is determined by the station
commander after reviewing plans for the event.
