A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE MAINTENANCE
AGREEMENT WITH WEIRICK PROPERTIES LIMITED FOR PARCEL
MAP 12504
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, has for its consideration a maintenance agreement from Weirick
Properties Limited, developer, for the maintenance of an overflow channel
along with the replacement and repair of fencing and landscaping within the
City drainage easement and generally located on the southwest corner of Lomita
Court and Archibald Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the developer has submitted the maintenance agreement as
part of the conditions of approval for Parcel Map 12504.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE that said maintenance agreement be hereby approved and the
Mayor is hereby authorized to sign said maintenance agreement on behalf of the
City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
