A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN ACQUISITION AGREEMENT
OF OFF-SITE PROPERTY, SECURITY, AND DEPOSIT FOR TENTATIVE
TRACT NO. 13812 FROM WATT SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA,
INCORPORATED AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
SIGN SAME
WHEREAS, the Developer, Watt Southern California, Incorporated, has
submitted to the City of Rancho Cucamonga tract and improvement plans for
review as conditioned by Tentative Tract 13812, located north of Highland
Avenue and west of Etiwanda Avenue in the City of Rancho Cucamonga; and
WHEREAS, for the Developer to meet the requirements established as
prerequisite to recording of the final map of said development said Developer
has offered the Acquisition Agreement submitted herewith for approval and
execution by said City, together with good and sufficient security and
deposit.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE as follows:
1. That said Acquisition Agreement be and the same is
hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized
to sign said Acquisition Agreement on behalf of said
City and the City Clerk is authorized to attest
thereto; and
2. That said Acquisition Agreement is accepted as good
and sufficient, subject to approval as to form and
content thereof by the City Attorney.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 7th day of February, 1990.

California, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly passed,
approved, and adopted by the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 7th day of
February, 1990.
