A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALI FORN IA, TO AWARD AND EXECUTE A
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH AUSTI N- FOUST
ASSOCIATES, INC., FOR PREPARATION OF A TRAFFIC STUDY FOR
THE PROPOSED ETIWANDA NORTH SPECIFIC PLAN AREA
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga desires to
guide the study of the ETIWANDA NORTH SPECIFIC PLAN; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has directed that a thorough, in-depth
traffic study which includes analysis of traffic site and off-site impacts be
accomplished; and
WHEREAS, the developer's consortium desiring to complete the study of
the ETIWANDA NORTH SPECIFIC PLAN and commence developing has deposited
$30,000.00 to pay for the traffic study.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE to award and execute a Professional Services Agreement with
Austin-Foust Associates, Inc., to provide services as specified above. The
work shall be performed for a time and materials fee, not to exceed $30,000.00
to be funded by the above deposited fee.
