A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AGREEMENTS WITH SOUTHERN
PACIFIC TRANSPORTATION COMPANY FOR CONSTRUCTION OF AN 18
INCH STORM DRAIN AND A 24 INCH CONNECTOR AND RISER AT
ROCHESTER AVENUE NORTH OF BASE LINE ROAD
WHEREAS, the City of Rancho Cucamonga has for its consideration
agreements with Southern Pacific Transportation Company; and
WHEREAS, the agreements provide for installation of an 18 inch storm
drain and a 24 inch connector and riser across sa id rail way for
Rochester Avenue north of Base Line Road; and
WHEREAS, the City hereby considers said storm drain installations
essential to an orderly development of the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that said agreements be and the same are hereby approved and
the Mayor is authorized to sign same on behalf of the City and the City Clerk
to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 17th day of January, 1990.
