A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, TO AWARD AND AUTHORIZATION FOR
EXECUTION OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH DGA
CONSULTANTS, INC. FOR PREPARATION OF PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS FOR A DESIGN OF INTERSECTION AND TRAFFIC
SIGNAL IMPROVEMENTS AT THE INTERSECTION OF FOOTHILL
BOULEVARD AND HAVEN AVENUE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga desires to
improve the intersection of Foothill Boulevard and Haven Avenue including
Street and Traffic Signal Improvements and;
WHEREAS, the firm of DGA Consultants is involved in plan preparation
for an adjacent project and has provided a proposal for this work, which is
satisfactory in scope;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve to award and authorize for execution Professional Services
Agreement with DGA Consultants Inc. to provide services as specified above.
The work shall be performed for a fee not to exceed $13,350 to be funded by
the System Development Fund, Account No. 22-4637-8946, a contingency in the
amount of 10% of the contract amount shall also be established for use with
the approval and direction of the City Engineer for extra work as may be
required during the course of the project.
