T,VADING TO THE OONVICTION OF ANY P~C~ PIA~ GRAFITIT
ON ANY PUBLIC OR PRIVATE PROPER~Y
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga did amend
the Rancho Cucamonga Municipal Code with Ordinance No. 419 by adding Chapter
8.24.040 Reward for Information; and
WHEREAS, Municipal Ordinance No. 419, Cha~rfcer 8.24, Section 8.24.040,
allc~s for rewards for information leading to the conviction of any person who
inscribes any public or private property with grafitti; and
WHEREAS, the rewards pursuant to Ordinance No. 419 have been esta-
blished.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that rewards for information leading to conviction of ~andals
who have inscribed grafitti shall be a minimum of One-Hundred Dollars
($100.00), and that the City Council reserves the right to offer a higher
reward in circumstances as determined by the City Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the identity of those seeking rewards
shall be considered confidential information and will not be released to the
public.
