A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO

FOR TRACT 13722 AND AUTHORIZINGTHEFII.TNGOF A NOTICEOF
R~5~AS, the construction of public improvements for Tract 13722 have
been c~leted to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of C~mpletion is required to be filed, certifying
the work cc~plete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of C~,~letion with the County Recorder of
PASS~D, APPROV~I), and ADOPI~D t_his 6th day of June, 1990.
