WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has for its
consideration a Reimbnrsement Agreement suhni~ by Diversified Properties
Company III, as developer of Parcel Map 9416 for the undergr~ of a
portion of the overhead utilities on the east side of Haven Avenue between
Highland Avenue and Lemon Avenue (UR-004); and
WHEREAS, the developer, at the developer's expense, bas coi-~leted
said undergrounding operation; and
WHEREAS, the owners of the adjoinging properties will share in the
expense of the undergrcundirg operation costs as stipulated in said
Reimburs~_nt Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City if Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that said Re~t Agreement be and the same is hereby
approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign said Re~t
Agreement on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to
attest hereto and cause said Agreement to record.
