A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT
AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITY FOR TRACT 13281 AND RELEASING
THE IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT AND SECURITY PREVIOUSLY
ACCEPTED BY CITY COUNCIL ON JANUARY 18, 1989
WHERE~kS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has for its
consideration an Improvement Agreement executed on May 16, 1990, by Covington
Homes as developer, for the improvement of public right-of-way adjacent to the
real property specifically described therein, and generally located at the
northwest corner of Base Line Road and Rochester Avenue; and release of pre-
viously submitted Improvement Agreement Security and Monumentation deposit
accepted by City Council on January 18, 1989, from The William Lyon Company.
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement is secured and accompanied by
good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in said Improve-
ment Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE that said Improvement Agreement and said Improvement Security
be and the same are hereby approved, release of previously submitted Improve-
ment Agreement Security and Monumentation Deposit accepted by City Council on
January 18, 1989, from The William Lyon Company, and the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement on behalf of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 16th day of May, 1990.
