A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT
AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITY FOR PARCEL MAP 11671
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map No. 11671, submitted by The Mission
Land Company, and consisting of 26 parcels, located between 4th and 6th
Streets and between Pittsburgh and Buffalo Avenues, was approved by the
Planning Commission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga on September 14, 1988; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map No. 11671 is the final map of the division of
land approved as shown on said Tentative Parcel Map; and
WHEREAS, as part of the requirements established as prerequisite to
approval of the Final Map by the City Council of said City have now been met
by entry into an Improvement Agreement guaranteed by acceptable Improvement
Security for median landscaping on 6th Street between Pittsburgh and Buffalo
Avenues, by The Mission Land Company as developer.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that said Improvement Agreement and said Improvement Security
submitted by said developer be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor
is hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement on behalf of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest.
