A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING TRACT
MAP NO. 16454
WHEREAS, Tentative Tract Map No. 16454, submitted by KB Home Greater Los
Angeles, Inc., and consisting of a subdivision of 37.82 acres of land into 118 lots, located at the
southeast corner of Base Line Road and Etiwanda Avenue, in the low-medium residential
district, was approved by the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga on
August 27, 2003; and
WHEREAS, Tract Map No. 16454 is the second of two final maps for the division
of land approved consisting of 36 lots on 10.68 acres of land as shown on the Tentative Tract
Map; and
WHEREAS, all the requirements established as prerequisite to approval of the
final map by the City Council of said City have been met by posting the Improvement Securities
with Tract 16454-1, by KB Home Greater Los Angeles, Inc., as developer; and
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, HEREBY RESOLVES, that said Tract Map No. 16454, be and the same is
hereby approved and the City Engineer is authorized to present same to the County Recorder to
be filed for record.
