A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE
GRANT OF EASEMENT TO SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON
COMPANY
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has for its
consideration a Grant of Easement to Southern California Edison Company for the utility
underground work along East Avenue from north of Banyan Street to north of 23rd Street for the
construction of Fire Station No. 176.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, hereby resolves that said Grant of Easement be hereby approved and the City
Engineer is hereby authorized to sign the Grant of Easement on behalf of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 4`h day of August 2004.
