A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A REAL PROPERTY
IMPROVEMENT CONTRACT AND LIEN AGREEMENT FROM MERCY
..A~4. BUL..AN~CE...S_ERVIC..E.,.. INC. AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO SIGN THE SAME
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga adopted
Ordinance No. 58 on February 21, 1979, to establish requirements for
construction of public improvements in conjunction with building permit
issuance; and
WHEREAS, construction of ultimate street improvements on the east
side of Etiwanda Avenue along the project frontage at such time in the future
as the City is prepared to construct the Etiwanda/Miller intersection
established as prerequisite to issuance of building permit for 7649 Etiwanda
Avenue has been met by entry into a Real Property Improvement Contract and
Lien Agreement by Mercy Ambulance Service, Inc.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve and accept said Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien
Agreement, authorizes the Mayor and the City Clerk to sign same, and directs
the City Clerk to record same in the Office of the County Recorder of San
Bernardino County, California.
