A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE ENVIRONMENTAL
INITIAL STUDY AND ISSUANCE OF A CATEGORICAL EXEMPTION FOR
THE CARNELIAN STREET STORM DRAIN AND STREET IMPROVEMENTS
FROM SAN BERNARDINO ROAD TO NORTH OF ROBERDS STREET
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has
reviewed all available input concerning the proposed Carnelian Street Storm
Drain and Street Improvements; and
WHEREAS, said improvements require an Environmental Assessment; and
WHEREAS, an Environmental Assessment Initial Study has been prepared
pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act, as amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: The City Council of Rancho Cucamonga hereby approves the
Environmental Assessment Initial Study and issuance of a Categorical Exemption
for the proposed Carnelian Street Storm Drain and Street Improvements from San
Bernardino Road to north of Roberds Street.
SECTION 2: The City Clerk is directed to file a Notice of Exemption
pursuant ~o the California Environmental Quality Act.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 4th day of April, 1990.
