A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT
AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITY FOR TRACT NO. 13753 AND
RELEASING THE IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT AND SECURITY
PREVIOUSLY ACCEPTED BY CITY COUNCIL ON JANUARY 18, 1989
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has for its
consideration an Improvement Agreement executed on March 21, 1990, by Victoria
Cucamonga Partners, L.P. as developer, for the improvement of public right-of-
way adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and gener-
ally located at the northeast corner of Base Line Road and Milliken Avenue;
and release of previously submitted Improvement Agreement Security and
Monumentation deposit accepted by City Council on January 18, 1989, from
Wi 11 iam Lyon Compa ny.
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement is secured and accompanied by
good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in said
Improvement Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE that said Improvement Agreement and said Improvement Security
by and the same are hereby approved, release of previously submitted
Improvement Agreement Security and Monumentation Deposit accepted by City
Council on January 18, 1989, from the William Lyon Company, and the Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement on behalf of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 21st day of March, 1990.
