A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT
NO. 8-654 WITH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION FOR THE 1-15/ROUTE 66 INTERCHANGE
MODIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING THE SIGNING THEREOF BY THE
MAYOR
WHEREAS, the best interests of the City will be served by the
improvement of the 1-15/Route 66 interchange; and
WHEREAS, such improvement has been authorized by the City Council;
and
WHEREAS, a Cooperative Agreement with the Department of Transporta-
tion is necessary for obtaining final approval of plans and specifications for
the work on State property.
SECTION 1: The City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, does hereby resolve that Cooperative Agreement No. 8-654 with the
California Department of Transportation for modifications to the 1-15/Route 66
Interchange is approved.
SECTION 2: It is further resolved that the Mayor is authorized to
sign said agreement on behalf of the City Council.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 21st day of March, 1990.
