A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A REAL PROPERTY
IMPROVEMENT CONTRACT AND LIEN AGREEMENT FROM JAMES BANKS,
JR. AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO SIGN THE
SAME
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga adopted
Ordinance No. 58 on February 21 1979, to establish requirements for construc-
tion of public improvements in conjunction with building permit issuance; and
WHEREAS, installation of street trees established as a prerequisite
to issuance of a building permit for 13181 Victoria Street has been met by
entry into a Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement by James
Banks, Jr.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, does hereby resolve and accept said Real Property Improvement
Contract and Lien Agreement, authorizes the Mayor and the City Clerk to sign
same, and directs the City Clerk to record same in the Office of the County
Recorder of San Bernardino County, California.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 7th day of March, 1990.
